Season 6 Details

Date & Location

March 6-9, 2025, St. George Area

  • All participants must stay in the "Village", (the VRBO we rented) which is located in Hurricane.
  • Contests are otherwise held in Washington, St. George, and/or other immediate areas.

*You must be in St. George, at the Village, by 6pm on March 6, and not plan to deviate your attention from Event activities until ~10pm on Saturday, March 8.

Fees & Monies

There are two fees:

  • The Event Fee is a direct result of the hard costs required to do this whole thing, and is the same for everyone: $300*
  • The Village Fee ($225-$500) depends on your room selection, Shared, Semi-Private, or Private.

*This fee is subject to change pending explanations below in the Registration section.

Average Athletic Games Bylaws

As the weekend continues to grow in size, it's become essential to create some official documents. Note that this is the master document to whole gig, but you'll get a prettier, simpler 2025 Event Rules document as the weekend gets closer.

You DON'T have to look this over, as it's simply for your reference.

Registration Levels & Payments

Associates - Participated in 2+ past Games

Candidates - Participated in only one previous Games

Rookies - Never participated/first-timer

ER'BODY:

  • Must pay $100 within 5-days of submitting Registration to confirm your spot.
  • Will receive a one-time Venmo request (with no additional fees) if no payment is received within 5-days.
  • Will be charged a $10 Annoyance Fee per additional Venmo request. (Annoyance Fees are not applied to your overall balance, but instead go exclusively to the Lunch Money fund of Warren Hallmark).
  • Your entire balance must be paid in-full no later than February 20.
